Large accessible wet rooms with full showering facilities including grab rails and shower seat, with extra wide access doors. All adapted rooms have readily accessible security pull cords for emergencies both in the main bedroom and wet room areas. 1500mm turning circle in bedroom and en-suite for wheelchair users. Strobe lighting fitted to ceiling to flash in the event of a fire alarm Lowered spy hole on entrance door. Lowered light switches for easy access.
